Magic Paper is a specialist paper onto which images can be printed and made into tactile diagrams.
A4 size measures 210 x 297 mm
One pack contains 100 sheets
To obtain the best tactile effect with Magic paper and PIAF, we recommend using a mono/ black only setting on your printer (laser or inkjet) and whiteboard markers rather than permanent marker pens. We have tested various pens from Mitsubishi, Staedtler, and J Burrows with good results. For a full list of recommended pens, click on this document :
When the paper is heated using our PIAF tactile image maker the ink printed on the page swells up to become tactile. This means that the finished product is a diagram which can be interpreted using touch.
Safe to use with inkjets, lasers and copiers. Doesn't curl and provides a durable surface.
