Estimated delivery time

Quantum endeavours to ship all items within two working days of order receipt. If stock is not available at the time of your order receipt, we will inform you within one working day and provide an estimated time of delivery.

Notification of shipment

You will receive an email from our Customer Support Team notifying when your order has been shipped. The email will contain a unique shipping ID number that can be used to track the progress of your delivery and an estimated time of delivery.

Goods above $500 will be shipped by courier. If your order is shipped via a courier service, we will email you the tracking ID and the website through which to track your delivery.

All other goods will be shipped via Australia Post’s eParcel registered delivery service. To track your Australia Post item, go to the Australia Post web site at (you can also search for Australia Post)and enter  your tracking number. 

Deliveries can be made to PO box addresses through Australia Post’s eParcel service.

All deliveries require a signature from the recipient. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, a card will be left by our delivery contractor and your goods will be held at the local Australia Post Office or depot for collection.

Other Shipping Information

Quantum is an Australian dealer and can therefore only guarantee supply of items to customers in Australia. Please note if you are purchasing this product for delivery outside of Australia, there may be import regulations and charges to be complied with by the country you are importing to, please make yourself aware of these before placing your order as Quantum cannot be responsible for import duties or customs clearance payments or requirements.. Additional freight charges will apply for international shipments and we will provide a quote on request.

If you have placed an order online and have not received a confirmation email or a notice of shipment from our Customer Support Team, please contact us on 1300 883 853. Please quote your order number for all enquires.
