Estimated delivery time

Quantum endeavours to ship all items within two working days of order receipt. If stock is not available at the time of your order receipt, we will inform you within one working day and provide an estimated time of delivery.

Notification of shipment

You will receive an email from our Customer Support Team notifying when your order has been shipped. The email will contain a unique shipping ID number that can be used to track the progress of your delivery and an estimated time of delivery. All goods will be shipped via Australia Post’s eParcel registered delivery service or via a courier service. Deliveries can be made to PO box addresses through Australia Post’s eParcel service.

All deliveries require a signature from the recipient. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, a card will be left by our delivery contractor and your goods will be held at the local Australia Post Office or depot for collection.

To track your delivery via Australia Post’s eParcel service, visit: http://www.eparcel.com.au and input your unique tracking number. If your order is shipped via a courier service, we will email you the tracking ID and the website through which to track your delivery.

Shipping to Australian addresses only

Quantum is an Australian dealer. We can therefore supply items to customers in Australia only. If you are not located in Australia, please contact the supplier’s local dealer in your country. Any orders for shipment to addresses outside of Australia will be refunded through PayPal less a transaction fee of 0.05%.

Express or urgent deliveries

At this point in time, we do have the ability to ship items via Express Post. If you require an item urgently, please contact our Customer Support Team on 02 9479 3100 to find out more information about stock availability and the possibility of urgent shipments.

Enquiries about pending orders and deliveries

If you have placed an order online and have not received a confirmation email or a notice of shipment from our Customer Support Team, please contact us on 02 9479 3100. Please quote your order number for all enquires.
