Software Maintenance Agreements (SMAs) keep your software up to date with new features and maintenance updates. SMAs are time-based, rather than version-based, and they last for two years from the date of purchase.All new software licenses require a current SMA.
Until 20th October 2025, if you have a licence version without an SMA, or an older version licence with a lapsed SMA, it is still possible to buy an upgrade to bring you up to the current year version, and then purchase an SMA, rather than having to pay for a whole new licence and SMA.As the price of the upgrade depends on how old your licence is, you will need to email us at info@quantumrlv.com.au or phone 1300 883 853 to get a quote.
After 20th October 2025, it will not be possible to upgrade older licenses (Version 2024 and older).You can of course purchase a new license with a new SMA, or you can purchase an Annual Subscription.Details of Subscription options will be available shortly.
