My item is broken, can I get it repaired?
Please email info@quantumrlv.com.au or call 1300 883 853 for assistance. If the item is under warranty, you will be asked to send it back to our Repair Facility and we will repair or replace and return it to you.
If the item is outside of the warranty period or the damage is not covered, we will assess the device and provide you with a quote for repair before proceeding. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, an assessment fee of $100 (including GST) will be charged and your device returned at your expense.

Does Quantum only repair Quantum products?
No. Quantum operate a full repair and service facility and our trained staff can repair or service a wide range of vision assistance devices including braille devices and electronic magnifiers. Please email info@quantumrlv.com.au or call 1300 883 853 for assistance if you have a specific device you would like to discuss.
How do I return an item in need of repair?
If your product is in need of repair, you will need to return the item to the place of purchase for us to assess the product. If the product is in warranty we will repair or replace as per our policy. Please see our Warranty and Returns page for more information.
