Macular Disease Foundation partners with Quantum RLV on pilot project

Quantum RLV is partnering with the Macular Disease Foundation Australia in a pilot project to see if people with central vision loss can benefit from alternative television viewing technology. 

Many people with Macular Disease struggle to follow tennis and other ball sports on TV, or read the captions in weather reports, or subtitles on the news.  We have identified some new approaches to TV watching that we are testing with MDFA volunteers. This will not be a clinical trial, but the pilot may be a proof of concept for some exciting new technologies that could benefit many people with AMD and other low vision conditions.
