Gary Dale’s Story

Gary Dale recently received his new OrCam MyEye Pro through the NDIS with the help of Occupational Therapist, Rafael Lau. During our training session with Quantum RLV Low Vision Consultant, Mike Palmer, it was pointed out to Gary that you can now ask the latest version of OrCam various questions when it is in Smart mode.

Gary was surprised and amused with the answer to his question directed at Mike, “Can it help me pick the ripe bananas?” The considered answer was “Yes, using the colour identification feature built into the OrCam MyEye Pro. Just put a pointed finger on the banana and it will tell you the colour” No more green bananas for Gary!
