Text to Speech MAC software for Premium MagniLink models only

MagniLink S TTS (Text To Speech) provides multiple functions, including speech output. To have text read aloud enables increased reading speed as well as endurance. Text is read line by line, word by word or character by character and can be presented on the screen, synchronized with the audio. The text can also be saved and opened in a text editor for proofing or processing. Up to a full A4 page can be scanned at once and by using keyboard commands you can quickly and efficiently scan multiple pages in a matter of seconds.

Color, contrast and magnification can be changed while the text is being read or scrolled on the screen in silence mode. It´s also possible to connect headphones if you don´t want to be disturbed by or disturbing your surroundings while listening.

MagniLink S TTS is easy to use, partly thanks to built in voice feedback in the menus. Available languages are Flemish, Dutch, Danish, British, American and Australian English, Russian, Finnish, French, Italian, German, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.

TTS/OCR is only available on the ‘Premium’ models

If you receive your goods and you find that it is not suitable for your needs you must inform our Customer Support Team on 1300 883 853  of your intention to return the goods. 

Most of our products have a 30 day money back guarantee from date of invoice excluding software.****

Optical magnifiers and lighting equipment have a 14 day money back guarantee from date of invoice.

  1. *Products must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. Any software products must be unopened.
  2. *We charge a re-stocking fee of 10% or more for returned goods.
  3. *We do not cover the cost of postage, handling or collection.
  4. *Items that are purchased via a funded sale (DVA, NDIS, MACetc) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Valid Receipt

A valid receipt is either the original Tax Invoice issued with the product or the Order Confirmation Email.

Service and Repair Information

Hardware products:

Quantum RLV offers service and repair of its hardware products.

What you need to do in the event of product failure:

  1. Please call Quantum RLV on 1300 883 853 or email us on info@quantumrlv.com.au
  2. Return the product to us at your expense. ClearViews may be handled onsite at no cost (please ask Customer Service staff)
  3. Record the a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number that our staff will give you and put this on the package/product

What we will do in the event of a product failure:

  1. Record the details of your call on our system and give you a Return Materials Authorization  (RMA) number for tracking purposes
  2. We will endeavour to repair or replace ClearView onsite
  3. Email or call you when we receive the faulty product
  4. Email or call you when the fault has been analysed and solution determined (within 5 - 7 business days)
  5. Repair or replace the faulty product at our discretion
  6. Email or call you when product ready for shipping with delivery details
