A tax invoice/receipt will be issued with your order. If you do not receive a tax invoice/receipt with your goods, please contact our Customer Support Team on 02 9479 3100.
Changing or cancelling orders
If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact our Customer Support Team on 02 9479 3100 within 24-hours and during business hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am - 5pm, AEST time. We should be able accommodate your request before your order is submitted for despatch. If you wish to cancel your order and your goods have already been shipped, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 0.05% of the total order amount.
How to search for products
If you know what product you are after and do not wish to browse through all of our products, click on Low Vision, Blindness or Learning Disability from the Main Menu, enter the product name in the Search box in the top right corner and click the Search button.
Quantum endeavours to keep stock of all items on the Shop. Stock is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. If we are out of stock of the item you have ordered, we will advise you in an email within one business day.
Browse through our product range. When you find the item/s you wish to order, select the “Buy Now” button. When you have added your item/s, select the “Checkout” button. Before you do this, you can remove items from your trolley by clicking the trash can button to the right of the item listed. Complete your registration details or log-in with your username and password, and click “Confirm Details” button. When completing the Payment Page, select PayPal as your payment method and enter your VISA or MASTERCARD details on the secure PayPal page. You will be sent an automatically generated Online Order Confirmation email from the website. Once your order has been received by the Quantum office, you will receive another confirmation email informing you that your order and payment has been received, and you will be advised of the status of your order shipment.
Collection of online orders
Unfortunately, collection of orders placed online is not possible. If you would like to place and order for an item and collect it from any of our offices, please call our Customer Support Team on 02 9479 3100 and place your order over the phone with one of our representatives.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars ($AUS) and do not include freight. Freight charges will be determined at Checkout. Only orders for delivery to Australian addresses will be fulfilled. Any other orders will be refunded through PayPal and be charged a cancellation fee of 0.05% of the total order amount.
