The Konnekt Videophone enables face-to-face contact with family and friends through the simplest interface possible: ONE-TOUCH TO DIAL. It requires NO COMPUTER SKILLS whatsoever. There are no menus, no passwords, no fancy options. 

Using a finger, a pointer, or just about any object, you just tap the name you want to call on our large 15 inch screen, and the Videophone commences a call via Skype.

Incoming calls are equally simple, and can be automatically answered for authorised users.

An electrically operated 15 inch videophone that can call through to mobiles, tablets, PCs and phones at the push of a button on the large touch screen. The screen displays large clear buttons, each with the name of a contact in large font. The user taps the name to commence a call. The videophone can initiate or receive video or voice calls with any person who has a Skype account (available for free on a PC, tablet or mobile phone) or who also has a Konnekt Videophone.

The Videophone is ideal for those who struggle to use the telephone, or who are unable to use modern technology for any reason: poor eyesight or hearing, wobbly hand movements, immobility, or cognitive issues such as dementia. The Videophone enables our customers to take part in the digital communication age, without needing to understand fiddly, complicated devices. It helps them remain at home that little bit longer, or eases the transition into Residential Care. It helps retain independence, reduces social isolation and increases visual contact with loved ones.

If you receive your goods and you find that it is not suitable for your needs you must inform our Customer Support Team on 1300 883 853  of your intention to return the goods. 

Most of our products have a 30 day money back guarantee from date of invoice excluding software.****

Optical magnifiers and lighting equipment have a 14 day money back guarantee from date of invoice.

  1. *Products must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. Any software products must be unopened.
  2. *We charge a re-stocking fee of 10% or more for returned goods.
  3. *We do not cover the cost of postage, handling or collection.
  4. *Items that are purchased via a funded sale (DVA, NDIS, MACetc) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Valid Receipt

A valid receipt is either the original Tax Invoice issued with the product or the Order Confirmation Email.

Service and Repair Information

Hardware products:

Quantum RLV offers service and repair of its hardware products.

What you need to do in the event of product failure:

  1. Please call Quantum RLV on 1300 883 853 or email us on info@quantumrlv.com.au
  2. Return the product to us at your expense. ClearViews may be handled onsite at no cost (please ask Customer Service staff)
  3. Record the a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number that our staff will give you and put this on the package/product

What we will do in the event of a product failure:

  1. Record the details of your call on our system and give you a Return Materials Authorization  (RMA) number for tracking purposes
  2. We will endeavour to repair or replace ClearView onsite
  3. Email or call you when we receive the faulty product
  4. Email or call you when the fault has been analysed and solution determined (within 5 - 7 business days)
  5. Repair or replace the faulty product at our discretion
  6. Email or call you when product ready for shipping with delivery details
